Part Time - Administrative Assistant (Work from home)

 

If you are an administrative assistant looking for part-time remote work and live in and around the Orange County area, please apply. Integrity Woodworking, Inc. is looking for one amazing part-time administrative assistant to work directly with the President and Vice President (approximately 20 to 25 hours per week).

 

What is the administrative assistant expected to do?

​

  • This position requires the candidate to maintain and update the CRM daily. 

  • Maintain Lead Tracking Reports and others as needed

  • Assist with contracts. 

  • Communicate with vendors and clients

  • Scan physical paperwork into electronic format

  • Assist with job scheduling and field employee schedules

  • Work with the President and Vice President to establish office procedures.

  • Other clerical and administrative duties as requested

 

What are you looking for in a candidate?

We love to create and install amazing design features for our customers, but we like to have fun too.

Our ideal candidate will be hardworking but also have a relaxed personality.  A hardworking person will be diligent in their duties, take the initiative to get their tasks done efficiently, but also with Integrity. They will have respect not just for the customers and vendors, but also for their fellow workers.

 

What experience or skill set should the candidate have?

​

  • Ideally, a person will have a minimum of 1 or more years of experience as an administrative assistant.

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures are a definite plus.

  • An organized person is never a bad thing.

  • You should have a working knowledge of basic office equipment, like printers and scanners.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS word, in particular).

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. 

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of Gmail and related apps.

  • Minimum of 40+ wpm

  • Must speak and read English and be able to work in the United States.

Since this is a remote position the ideal candidate must have a high-speed internet connection, phone, computer.

There may be some days where the candidate needs to travel to or work from our home office. Therefore the ideal candidate should be located near the greater Orange County area.
