Lead Installer – Finish Carpentry
If you are an expert in door installations and/or trim installations, please apply. Integrity Woodworking, Inc. is looking for one amazing full-time lead installer (35 to 40 hours per week).
What does a lead installer do?

The lead-installer will travel to various residential locations around Orange/Los Angeles County installing doors and trim work as well as manage and train other employees.
Ideally, the candidate will know how to install and repair both book doors, pre-hung doors, trim molding (shiplap, crown molding, wainscoting, etc.). They will be responsible for following all safety rules and code requirements for all projects and make sure all employees are aware as well.
What are you looking for in a candidate?

We love to create and install amazing design features for our customers, but we like to have fun too.
Our ideal candidate will be hardworking but also have a relaxed personality. A hardworking person will be diligent in their duties, take the initiative to get the job done efficiently, but also with Integrity. They will have respect not just for the customers, but also for their fellow workers.
Of course, you will also need to have your own vehicle, tools, and be willing to travel.
What experience or skill set should the candidate have?
​
Ideally, a person will have 5 years or more finish carpentry skills.
Management skills are a definite plus since you will be supervising the project and other employees.
An organized person is never a bad thing.
You should have your basic tools and know-how to use them. Plus, a person should know how to use Power tools, door planers, track saws, skill saws, miter saws, and table saws.
Since you will be working on various job sites, you will need to have/know how to use a smartphone.
Customer Service Skills would be a plus since you will in our customers’ homes.
Must speak and read English and be able to work in the United States.
